He has founded several successful companies in the legal technology space and served as a lead expert on major corporate matters across regulatory, securities, and class-action proceedings. He advises companies on outside counsel management and controls to reduce spend and mitigate risk. Alon is a legal technology, cybersecurity, and legal AI professional with 25+ years of experience building enterprise technology platforms for Global 2000 companies and AmLaw firms. He has founded and led legal technology companies through growth and acquisition, with deep expertise at the intersection of litigation, eDiscovery, and information governance. He works with corp legal departments on eDiscovery processes and legal operations, serves as CISO for multiple organizations including a U.S. defense contractor, and advises on data privacy, digital forensics, and AI adoption.
